Now you have imported all your favourites, links and bookmarks into Huler, it's a good idea set Huler as your homepage when you open your browser.

This brief guide will show you how to do this in Chrome and Safari. Please get in touch if you would like any assistance with a different browser.

Setting up Huler as your Home Page on Chrome

Once you have signed in to Huler, you need to go to the URL bar and copy the address.

Now go to access settings in the top right of the webpage.

In the settings menu, go down to 'Settings'.

Now scroll down to: On Start -up and select: 'Open a specific page or set of pages'.

Select: Add a new page.

Here, a pop up will appear and paste in the URL.

Now that has been added. Move up to Appearance.

Make sure now that 'Show Home Button' is toggled to ON.

You will now see an empty box saying' Enter Custom Web Address'

Once again, paste in the Huler URL.

This will now have saved as your Home Page.

Setting up Huler as your Home Page on Safari

To set up Huler as your start page on Safari, go to your HulerHub and click the 'Safari' button to open the drop down menu. From there, select 'Preferences'.

You should now see the following screen:

First you need to change the settings, this is personal preference. We recommend changing 'New windows open with' to Homepage so that your HulerHub is always your start up page when you open up a new window, but you also have the option to make it your start up for new tabs.

Go ahead and click the drop down menu for 'New windows open with' and change it to homepage, and do the same with 'New tabs open with' if you would like this option too (as seen in image below).

Now all you need to do is enter your HulerHub URL, or even easier just click 'Set to Current Page' and the URL will get added in for you.

Once you've successfully entered the correct information, the changes get saved automatically without the need to save.
